The work team which composes Yandiola has changed in order to try and answer to every needs that may require our clients. Thanks to them, we grow and learn day by day.
From the events department made up of Raquel López and Lorea Sancho, through the lounge with the chief Raquel Cifrián, to our head cook Luis Miguel Calderón.
Mertxe Rubio, Ivan Sanchez, Maria Vargas, Carolina Herrera, Ricardo Morales are also part of the team as the visible faces in this restaurant and behind, in the kitchen: Iván Flores, Olaia Castellanos, Javier Iturriaga, Orzuri Gonzalez , Mihaela Rusu and Ahmed Raissouni. Without excluding our fantastic productors, who we consider an important part of our group and contribute to the nature of our cooking.
The group management is composed of Ricardo Pérez and Borja Etxebarria.
